Horrible app that asks you to login and choose country every time. Sometimes the scale is completely messed up and you cannot view pages properly. Besides the app their customer service is horrible if your oder goes wrong. Had wet food delivered with poor packaging and exploded. No reply from customer service and unable to reach via phone. No refund/solution whatsoever

The app is not my issue , I bought 3 big 10kg cat food, and they sent me only 2 packages, I sent them 3 Emails since then, and nobody answers ! They owe me 80€ and they don't act with responsibility.

For BE i can't select language. I only get Dutch... It's 2022, let people choose languages.. Update:2024, still no FR.wth? Im using the browser because i can use translate, but come on guys...
